Ingredients:

  • 200 gms Pea pods skin, washed & drained
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ inch ginger, coarsely chopped
  • 3-4 green chilli, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 100 gm coriander
  • 2 medium onion, diced
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup roasted peanuts, crushed
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add pea pods skin.
  2. Stir fry till skin wilts. Let it cool down.
  3. Add coriander, green chilli, ginger, cumin and salt to the blender and grind till fine paste.
  4. Add pea pods skin to the blender with coriander mix and grind till coarse.
  5. Take out the pea pods skin mixture in a bowl and add tomatoes, onions, peanuts and lemon juice on top. Mix well.
  6. Serve with sourdough, paratha, daal & rice.
  7. Enjoy!
