Ingredients:
- 200 gms Pea pods skin, washed & drained
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ½ inch ginger, coarsely chopped
- 3-4 green chilli, coarsely chopped
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 100 gm coriander
- 2 medium onion, diced
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup roasted peanuts, crushed
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add pea pods skin.
- Stir fry till skin wilts. Let it cool down.
- Add coriander, green chilli, ginger, cumin and salt to the blender and grind till fine paste.
- Add pea pods skin to the blender with coriander mix and grind till coarse.
- Take out the pea pods skin mixture in a bowl and add tomatoes, onions, peanuts and lemon juice on top. Mix well.
- Serve with sourdough, paratha, daal & rice.
