Did you know that in India, around Rs.31,000 crores worth of fruits and vegetables are wasted and thrown away because they are deemed imperfect due to cosmetic blemishes!!! Yeah, just because of how they look, they are rejected. So, we decided to do something about this and create a sustainable business model.

How?

By reducing Greenhouse Gases; by fighting food waste and saving fruit and veggies from becoming totally wasted resources.

By facilitating an Additional Income for the farmers; for what was totally going to waste, they can get paid the prevailing market price for imperfect produce and by-products like carrot top.

By reducing Food Insecurity; 30% of global population is affected by food insecurity and it is growing. By saving these fruits and veggies from getting wasted we eliminate food scarcity.

By making Nutritious Superfoods; upcycling these fruits & veggies, we will produce delicious, healthy and nutritious superfood products.
