What is the shelf life of your products?
We don’t use any chemicals, artificial preservatives, stabilizers and emulsifiers in our dips and spreads. Please check the label or product detail page for specific details as the shelf life varies from product to product.
How do I store your dips and spreads if opened and I want to use in future?
Our products are all-natural, real and contain no artificial preservatives, they need to be refrigerated as soon as you open them. They should also be consumed within the time that is stipulated on the label.
Use a clean and dry spoon only to scoop and serve. This goes a long way in preventing any contamination or spoilage.
How do I use your dips?
Our dips can also be used as a spread, sauce, or condiment. All our flavors are great as a veggie and chip dip, paired with your favorite proteins, mixed into a salad, spread on toast, or in your burgers and sandwiches. The sky is the limit!

Are your products 100% Organic?
Not currently! Our products are a mix of fresh natural ingredients and organic. However, we endeavour to have only organic ingredients in the future.
What is Clean label?
Every ingredient on our list is a whole food that comes from the earth with minimal processing and we do not use any bioengineered ingredients like “natural flavors,” preservatives, blended oils, or sugar substitutes.
Why Double Choco Bites?
This is our upgraded version of chocolate bites. They Taste Naughty, but Act Nice:
Our Bites does not contain any of the weird additives found in mainstream chocolate like artificial flavors, soy lecithin, palm oil, milk concentrates, sugar alcohol, corn syrup, cane sugar, emulsifiers, preservatives or artificial ingredients.

Are The Misfits Bites Gluten-free?
Yes!! In fact, we don’t use any kind of flour, oil, egg or baking soda/powder to make our Bites.
Are The Misfits Bites Dairy-Free?
Yes, all our chocolate products are free from dairy.
Note: Our products are produced on a completely dairy-free production line.
Do You Use Any Emulsifiers, Preservatives or Artificial Ingredients?
No, all of our products are free from any artificial additives.
Is your Sugar Refined?
Never! We don’t use any refined sugars, cane sugar or sugar alcohols. We only use organic, unrefined raw sugar, which are free from various synthetic processes such as the application of pesticides.
These better-for-you sugars also prevent you from experiencing glucose spikes, which are the sugar highs and sugar crashes we are all way too familiar with.
Do I need to Refrigerate My Bites?
Yes! Please refrigerate after opening so your Bites stay fresh & delicious with maximum life expectancy :)
How do I store my Bites?
Our Bites are best stored in the fridge or a cool environment, under 25°C. They do not contain stabilizers or preservatives, so they will spoil in warm temperatures once opened. They can be stored in the freezer – simply take them out of the freezer and let them thaw or warm in the oven at 100°C or microwave for 60 seconds.

Are your products perishable? How should they be stored?
Yes, proudly perishable! The dips should be always refrigerated after opening. Bites should be kept in the fridge after opening or frozen.

We currently deliver our products all over India.
Free shipping is available for orders of ₹999 or more.

How are the products shipped?
Products are shipped in reusable corrugated boxes and filled with newspaper scrap. No Styrofoam or excessive plastic!
How long does shipping take?
Orders once placed are dispatched within 2-3 working days.
Orders are delivered within 5-10 working days of being dispatched.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information to the email address you provided (or via SMS/Whatsapp if you provided your phone number).
Order seems to be taking way longer than usual. What should I do?
We always try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery timelines. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us with your order details at customercare@mymsfits.in or Whatsapp us on +91 – 900018 96002.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders once placed can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. You can cancel your order by emailing us your order details, including the order reference number, at customercare@mymsfits.in or Whatsapp us on +91 – 900018 96002. Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a refund within 5-10 working days to the original mode of payment.
In case your order has already been processed, a cancellation request cannot be entertained even if it is made within 24 hours of order placement

It looks like I’ve received a damaged product. What next?
If you think you have received a product that is in a bad condition or if the packaging has been damaged or tampered with prior to delivery, please take pictures of the damaged product or external packaging and mail them to customercare@mymsfits.in or Whatsapp us on +91 – 900018 96002 along with the order details within 24 hours of product delivery. We take up all such complaints promptly and try our best to resolve them on a case-to-case basis. Once your claim is approved at our end, we will be issuing you a refund.
It seems you’ve shipped me the wrong product. What to do?
Oh No! Just take a photo of the product you’ve received and mail it to us at customercare@mymsfits.in along with your order details. You can also Whatsapp us on +91 – 900018 96002 for the same. We will verify your details and ship the correct order your way at the earliest.
What are the different mode of payments accepted by you?
We accept all standard payment methods during checkout. These include Credit Card, Debit Card, Netbanking, Wallets and UPI.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer COD. There is a flat additional charge of ₹50 for COD orders across all locations.
