Refund policy

Return Policy offers you a chance to cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement. You can cancel your order by emailing us your order details, including the order reference number, at customercare@mymsfits.in or Whatsapp us on +91 – 900018 96002. Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a refund within 5-10 working days to the original mode of payment.

In case your order has already been processed, a cancellation request cannot be entertained even if it is made within 24 hours of order placement.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

  1. All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
  2. In case you had purchased a product which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the item, maximum of Refunds/Free item MRP will be debited until the satisfactory receipt of all free gift(s)/offer item(s) that are shipped along with it.
  3. Kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
  4. Perishable goods such as dips, spreads and bites cannot be returned, if the packet is opened or damaged.
  5. Products must be returned within 7 days from the day of delivery. To return your purchase, you can email us your order details, including the order reference number, at customercare@mymsfits.in or Whatsapp us on +91–900018 96002.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Governing Law:
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:
Jhala Agro Foods LLP, P.No. 15, Achrol House, Civil Lines, Jaipur – 302006, Rajasthan, India.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of the product, we do not offer any exchanges.
