Ingredients :
- 2 tbsp The Misfits Cocospread
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
For the parfait (Make a combo) :
- 10 strawberries halved
- 10 cherries halved
- 10 raspberries halved
- 10 grapes, halved
- Banana, round
- 2 tbsp Pomegranate
- 2-3 tbsp Almonds/Cashews chopped
Method :
- Take 2 tbsp of The Misfits Cocospread in a large bowl. Add cinnamon and vanilla and mix.
- Add in milk and whisk until combined.
- Add in chia seeds and whisk until incorporated.
- To set, pop into the freezer after mixing it and check on it every 10 minutes, stirring until it reaches a good pudding texture.
- To make the parfait, layer in a jar the chocolate chia pudding, and top with desired fruit and chopped Almonds/Cashew
