Veggies And Crackers Platter

Ingredients :

  • Bowl of The Misfits Cashew Cream Cheese
  • Raw Carrot - sticks
  • Sautéed Zucchini – sticks
  • Sauteed Broccoli – florets*
  • Raw Red bell peppers – sticks
  • Crackers

Toppings (Optional)

  • Jalapeno
  • Green chili

* Waste trick:

Save broccoli stems for making stock / soup / salads / pickle

Method :

  1. Take a bowl and add The Misfits Cashew Cream Cheese.
  2. Top with optional chili
  3. Cut carrots, zucchini and red bell pepper into long sticks
  4. Sauté zucchini and broccoli in pan with little olive oil
  5. Arrange all veggies, crackers and The Misfits Cashew Cream Cheese bowl on a platter (as shown on the picture)
