Ingredients :
- Bowl of The Misfits Cashew Cream Cheese
- Raw Carrot - sticks
- Sautéed Zucchini – sticks
- Sauteed Broccoli – florets*
- Raw Red bell peppers – sticks
- Crackers
Toppings (Optional)
- Jalapeno
- Green chili
* Waste trick:
Save broccoli stems for making stock / soup / salads / pickle
Method :
- Take a bowl and add The Misfits Cashew Cream Cheese.
- Top with optional chili
- Cut carrots, zucchini and red bell pepper into long sticks
- Sauté zucchini and broccoli in pan with little olive oil
- Arrange all veggies, crackers and The Misfits Cashew Cream Cheese bowl on a platter (as shown on the picture)
