Coconut ladoos with The Misfits Cocospread

 

    Sweets are an integral part of our culture, and we all love ladoos. But what if we told you that your favourite ladoos could be delicious, guilt-free, and contribute to sustainability?

    Let's make some ladoos that are not just sweet but also meaningful with The Misfits Cocospread!

    Ingredients:

    • 2 cups desiccated coconut
    • 1 can (200 g) condensed milk
    • Desiccated coconut to roll the ladoos
    • The Misfits Cocospread, to fill

    Method:
    1. In a large pan, add desiccated coconut over low heat.
    2. Lightly toast the coconut until fragrant but do not brown.
    3. Stir condensed milk into the coconut.
    4. Keep stirring continuously until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
    5. Set aside to cool.
    6. Once cooled, roll the mixture into katoris.
    7. Make a dip in the center of each ball.
    8. Place a small amount of The Misfits Cocospread in the middle, and
    roll again to cover it.
    9. Roll the ladoos in more desiccated coconut.
    10. Enjoy!
