INGREDIENTS
- Puff pastry
- The Misfits Pesto
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- 150 g Feta cheese
- 1 egg
- Sesame seeds
METHOD
- Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Add the garlic, salt and pepper.
- Spread the slice of puff pastry with The Misfits Pesto.
- Drain the excess juice from the tomatoes and place them on the dough.
- Finally, sprinkle the whole dough with crumbled feta cheese.
- Roll up the dough on the longer side and transfer to a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Make light cuts in the dough with a knife and form a wreath.
- Brush the braid with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 170 °C.
- After baking, let cool and serve.
