  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 3 tbsp water

Drizzle:

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, or you can use The Misfits Cocospread
  • 1 tbsp plant-based milk/milk (we used almond milk)

OR 1 tbsp raw sugar

Method:

  1. Roll the bread crusts into pinwheels and secure them with a toothpick.
  2. Grease the pan with butter and add the pinwheels. Cook on both sides until golden brown and crispy, adding a little butter as needed.
  3. Mix cream cheese, sugar and milk in a bowl until smooth and lump-free.
  4. Remove the pinwheels from the pan. Add sugar, cinnamon and water to the pan, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the syrup thickens slightly.
