Ingredients
- Raw Mango Peel – 1 cup
- Raw Mango pulp – 1 tbsp
- Garlic – 6 cloves, finely chopped
- Green chilly – 2, finely chopped
- Curry leaves – 1 sprig
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
- Cumin – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
- Salt
Method:
- Wash the peels thoroughly
- In a bender, add raw mango peels, pulp, garlic, green chilli and salt. Blend into fine paste.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin, mustard seeds, curry leaves, Kashmiri red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix.
- Add the blended mixture and mix well. Keep on low flame for 5 mins.
- Raw Mango Peel Chutney is ready. Enjoy with parathas, sandwiches, glaze on paneer/chicken.
