Ingredients :
- 3 tbsp of The Misfits Carrot Top Pesto
- 2 cups of Pasta
- Parmesan cheese, as per your liking
- Oil, if needed
Toppings (Optional) :
- Sautéed vegetables
- Pine nuts, walnuts, almonds
- Roasted cherry tomatoes
- Sundried tomatoes
- Capers
Method :
- Cook pasta according to label directions. Drain.
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, add The Misfits Carrot Top Pesto and thoroughly heat.
- Add a little stock of pasta water
- Toss with pasta and heat till the desired consistency
- Add a few drops more of oil if needed.
- Garnish with shredded Parmesan.
