Ingredients:
- 600 gms potatoes, boiled and peeled
- 3 tbsp butter for shallow frying
- 3 tbsp rice flour
- 3 tbsp bread crumbs
- Salt, as per taste
- Red chili flakes, as per taste
- 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 4 tbsp The Misfits Red Onion Relish
Method:
- Wash and boil potatoes until tender. Peel them.
- Add salt, red chili flakes and rice flour to the peeled potatoes, then mash.
- Dust your palm with flour and make small balls from the mashed mixture.
- Mix The Misfits Red Onion Relish with mozzarella cheese.
- Make small cavities in the potato balls, fill them with the relish and cheese mixture.
- Cover the edges and roll the filled balls in bread crumbs.
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan and shallow fry the chops until golden brown.
Enjoy with green chutney, mustard, or between sandwiches.
